The bistro has a great value menu, not just your average pub fare, with something to suit any palate.
The kitchen operates lunch and dinner with an extensive choice of modern Australian cuisine - everything from the classic burger to pan roasted Tasmanian grilled salmon with roast potatoes, pumpkin, asparagus & seeded mustard cream sauce.

Prime Grain fed Rump with mash and mushroom sauce for just $8 a perfect alternative to cooking at home or for a quick office lunch.
Chicken Schnitzel for $9 or Bangers and Mash for $8.
Bookings are welcome and strongly recommended towards the end of the week. For functions finger food and set menus are available,see functions.
