 The Aviary
This is the upper lounge area and has two pool tables plus games machines.
Depending on your needs, you can book a section of space for 25-50 people or the entire area for up to 100 people.
- Area for 20-25 people (including pool table)
- Half of Aviary (including pool table) for up to 50 people
- Whole area for approx. 100 people

The Bistro
This section of the Hotel is ideal for dining groups or corporate functions.
 The entire area can be booked exclusively. The area will seat up to 50 people comfortably or up to 70 people with standing and sitting room.
Tables can also be reserved for smaller groups at no charge.

Licensing
The Chelsea Hotel Chatswood is licensed until 1am Monday to Saturday and until midnight on Sunday.
Children are permitted in all of the function areas mentioned above. Legally any person under the age of 18 must be in the immediate presence of a responsible adult (a responsible adult being a parent or guardian only). It is the policy of the Hotel that for their own safety no children are permitted in the Hotel after 10pm.
Any person attending a function will be bound by the licensing laws of the Hotel. Under such laws patrons may be asked to produce identification to verify their age. The management and staff of the Hotel do have the right to refuse service in certain cases.
